Online Access to Student, Class and Account Information

Parent Portal

24/7 access to your account. Update your personal information, register for class, view your current balance and make secure payments.  
To use the Parent Portal you must have an email address on file with us.

Instructions for accessing the Parent Portal for the first time:

  • Click Parent Portal
  • Click the link 'Forgot your password or need to get started?'
  • Enter your email address and click "Submit".  A password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive the email check your email's Spam folder*
  • Login to the Parent Portal using your temporary password
  • Change your password to something you will remember under the My Account tab.  Click the SAVE button whenever you've made changes. 
  • Click on a tab (My Account, Fees & Payments, My Contacts, My Students, My Classes, Registration) to view detailed information, or choose from the drop down list next to "I want to".
  • Click 'Sign Out' in the right corner of the Portal page when you're done.
* If you do not receive a temporary password by email it is likely that the email address you've provided is not the same as the one we have on file.  Please contact us so we can correct the email address on your account. 

How to make an Online Payment in the Parent Portal:

  • Login to the Parent Portal
  • Click 'My Account'
  • Enter your Credit Card information and confirm your billing address
  • Click 'Save'
  • Click 'Fees & Payments'
  • Click 'Make a Payment'
  • Confirm the payment amount (your current balance is entered by default)
  • Click 'Submit'
  • You will receive an on-screen message confirming the status of your payment, and and email confirming the transaction when it is approved.
  • Your card information is stored in a secure, PCI-compliant online vault.  The next time you want to make an online payment go straight to the 'Make a Payment' tab.
