Hi students and families,

 

I hope you are all enjoying this gorgeous summer. I can't believe it is the first of August today.

 

We had a very successful week of dance camp, and by the end of the week the students had two numbers from The Little Shop of Horrors mastered, numerous art projects completed and all had improved so much on their swimming skills. We all had loads of fun.

 

This Wednesday, the 3rd of August, from 4-6 pm is the Open House at the studio. I hope to see many familiar faces there. This is a great time to order shoes for the fall, so they will be at the studio ready for your first day of class.  Our new 2011-2012 brochures have arrived, and last year's Recital DVD's will be ready to collect.

 

We have just launched our totally revamped website.  It contains a lot more information than before, including the new class schedule, a studio calendar, and an updates and announcements page.  Please let us know what you think.  If you don't yet like us on Facebook, join us at www.facebook.com/theacademyofdance for the most up to date studio pictures, discussions, and news.

 

For the first time we are offering a free month of class for every student that refers a friend that registers. What a great deal! So bring your friends to the Open House too.  I can't wait to see you there.
